EuroCucina with Bosch, Siemens and NEFF

Here’s what Solutions2 delivered when they worked with NEFF at the EuroCucina show in Milan…

The Brief

Solutions2 have worked with BSH Home Appliances Group across their Bosch, Siemens and NEFF brands since 2013.

A regular event on the NEFF calendar, Eurocucina is the biennial benchmark international kitchen exhibition hosting hundreds of exhibitors and welcoming over 300,000 global visitors.

As the only international event NEFF exhibits at, it is important for Neff to stand out from their competitors and create an immersive and memorable experience.

The NEFF Inspiration Market

For the 2018 event we created the NEFF Inspiration Market, a colourful Art Nouveau market complete with aged iron columns and separate areas dedicated to fish, meat, bread, spices and wine. Bringing the brand closer to closer to ingredients and the inspiration they bring.

The Tuscan Farmhouse

For the 2022 event, we transported visitors to a traditional Tuscan farmhouse, paying tribute to traditional family farms as the original place “to work from home” or “home office”, shining a light on farmers everywhere who kept working and kept us fed during the pandemic.

The 300m2 design authentically embodied a traditional Italian farmhouse and incorporate areas to host

  • wine and oil tastings,
  • fresh flower workshops,
  • a traditional Italian family-sized dining table,
  • fully stocked kitchen area in which two celebrity chefs would create traditional Italian recipes and showcase NEFF appliances

In short, a 300m2 stand that sang of space, light and family.

The NEFF Flavour District

For 2024 we created the NEFF Flavour District – a hub of metro industrial living which was bold, brave and unconventional, especially in contrast to the previous farmhouse theme and drawing attention to the customisable aspects of NEFF’s latest range.

The 335m2 area created a district of opportunities to showcase the NEFF brand and products in an unusual way. We transported visitors to sub kitchens, each offering a different version of a European metropolis to show the diversity of the NEFF range, enabling NEFF to show how their products could be personalised to individual aesthetic tastes and taking personalisation to whole different level.

Incorporating

  • live streaming of demos
  • live cookery demos in each sub kitchen
  • showcasing the diversity of the NEFF Flex range

The Results

The 2018 Inspiration Market scooped the coveted ICONIC Award for Innovative Architecture and the 2019 German Design Award. More than a third (35%) of all the visitors to the EuroCucina show paid a visit to the NEFF stand, making it one of the top 10 most visited stands at the event with with 57% of all stand visitors spending between 10 and 15 minutes engaging with the NEFF team.

The 2022 Farmhouse whisked visitors to the very heart of Tuscany. Since the event it has received the 2023 German Design Awards for Excellent Communications Design and once again scooped the prestigious 2023 ICONIC Award for Innovative Architecture.

The 2024 Flavour District has once again been entered in both the German Design Awards and the ICONIC Awards and we are awaiting the results.
