We are now at Unit 31 Minworth Industrial Park, Forge Lane, Sutton Coldfield, B76 1AH. Leave the M42 at Junction 9 and keep in the left hand lane following the signs to Sutton Coldfield (A4097).

Take the first exit off the island at the top of the slip road, you immediately come to a mini island where again you should take the first exit. Continue straight on this road for a couple of miles going through Curdworth until you come to a large traffic island.

Take the 2nd exit (straight over), ahead on the right hand side is ASDA. At the mini island outside ASDA take the first exit onto Forge Lane.

Continue on this road through the estate until you come to a T junction, turn right and you will be outside our unit.
